Replacement goods for incorrect shipping
The goods exchange procedure for incorrect shipment can be activated when a product other than the one ordered by the customer has been incorrectly shipped and, therefore, not present in his order. The procedure can be activated within 8 days from the date of delivery of the goods, the activation of the service can be made by contact with our Customer Service.
Goods treatment during home delivery
The goods travel exclusively at the risk of the Customer. We recommend, especially in the case of fragile goods, to sign on the packing slip with "Control Reserve" in order to make use of the possibility to request the replacement of damaged goods. We will not accept any challenge if the withdrawal is not made in the manner mentioned above.
